What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Gliffy with any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX). Please note that payments via Purchase Order or Invoicing are limited to Enterprise accounts at this time. For Enterprise functionality questions or pricing for your organization, please contact our sales team .
Are payments I make on your site secure?
Yes. We use Stripe as our payment processor. We also send all credit card information over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Will I be charged sales tax or VAT?
No. Gliffy does not charge sales tax. You will need to report this as you normally would according to your state and tax guidelines. As a company based in the United States, we do not charge VAT or list it on invoices.
Are payments automatically recurring?
Yes. Gliffy accounts are automatically recurring unless cancelled before the Next Recurring Billing Date listed on your account. If you do not want your account to automatically renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. Read more. .
Can I upgrade my existing Gliffy Online Trial or Free account? How does migration work?
Yes. Moving to a Paid account is easy! All your content will stay the same - your files will stay where they are, and all your settings (like folders) will remain the same.
What is Gliffy's "Enterprise" plan?
This plan is equipped with all the core capabilities of Gliffy Team, plus advanced security and control, enhanced customer support, Single Sign-On (SSO) and customization to meet your large organization's needs. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Do you have any discounts for academic or non-profit use?
Yes! Gliffy offers a 50% discount for groups of academic/non-profit users. To request a discount, please contact our support team from the email on file with your account. Please note, we require your .edu or non-profit domain address to verify your status. Discounts for Professional (Individual) accounts are not available at this time.
